I think this would be my last post for this month...or this week. I'm trying to concentrate on obtaining a scholarship - the oblation scholarship offered by UP. It's the scholarship that grants you free tuition fee, miscellaneous fee, book subsidies, transportation fee, and monthly allowance for the whole course you are taking as long as you maintain a certain grade. How can you qualify for the oblation scholarship? You have to be part of the first 50 top scorers of the UPCAT - which by the way, is really hard. Statistically speaking, i only have less than .0007% chance. This is worsened by the fact that i cannot study in UP unless i get the full scholarship. That is totally unfair! I studied 4 years of my life in HS without paying for my tuition and now also college?! And my brother who gets to have his own laptop studied in a exclusive private  school, which as i might add, is totally expensive?
